I know - there are many reasons why the West Memphis PD felt they had the right culprits and why Jesse's confession went on as long as it did. Did he know something about the crime? Did he want to impress the detectives? I don't buy that his reason was simply that he "wanted to go home" and I can't rule out that Misskelley's information was somewhat valid, except about who the killer(s) were.

It is interesting that he has never spoken publicly about the matter since the Alford plea press conference unlike both Baldwin and Echols who have gone on to live public or semi-public lives.
