I concur. He should have done his time for the '77 incident, definitely. I'm not sure about the other suspected incidents but they should be investigated. At this point in his life, I don't think he's willing to pay the piper. And there's a point where we have to ask ourselves - is he worth prosecuting? There are other, more recent examples of predatory sexual behavior from men in power. Not that we should exonerate him, but that we should focus on current abuses and then maybe work backward?
