I appreciate your response. These were truly heinous crimes, that had such terrible ripple effects throughout the world and I agree that Leslie was guilty of murder and should have been sent to prison for many years. Just one clarification: Leslie has never said she was excited about killing, only that she was willing although once she arrived in the LaBianca home, she felt very differently even though she did not leave or provide help to the victims. I would never suggest that her suffering is more important than that of her victims or their families, but Leslie was not involved with the murder of Sharon Tate, only the LaBiancas. They suffered, and continue to do so, and I have the ultimate sympathy for Sharon's remaining loved ones. But if the California parole board has deemed Leslie deserving of parole and release, I believe her chances of freedom should be based upon the repercussions to the LaBianca family, not the Tates.
